A data‐driven scheduling approach for integrated electricity‐hydrogen system based on improved DDPG

چکیده

The involvement of hydrogen energy systems has been recognised as a promising way to mitigate climate problems. As kind efficient multi-energy complementary system, the hydropower-photovoltaic-hydrogen (HPH) system could be an ideal approach combining with installed renewable improve flexibility management and reduce power curtailment. However, intra-day scheduling HPH brings challenges due time-related nonlinear hydropower generation process, complex conversion process uncertain natural resource supply. Faced these challenges, improved deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG)-based data-driven algorithm is proposed. In contrast prevalent DDPG, two sets actor-critic networks are properly designed based on prior knowledge-based neural for considered search near-optimal policies approximate actor-value functions. addition, customized reward functions proposed consideration interactions among different supplies, which helps convergence speed stability. Finally, case study results demonstrate that model optimal strategy DDPG can guide electricity-hydrogen achieve rapid response more reasonable management.

An improved approach for ranking the candidates in a voting system based on efficiency intervals

This paper proposes improvements and revisions to a recent approach in a voting system, and provides an effective approach with a stronger discriminate power. For this purpose, the advantage of a linear transformation is utilized to redene a previously used concept of virtual worst candidate, by incorporating the existing weight restrictions. Then, the best score of this virtual candidate is us...

A new approach in graph- based integrated production and distribution scheduling for perishable products

This study is concerned with how the quality of perishable products can be improved by shortening the time interval between production and distribution. As special types of food such as dairy products decay fast, the integration of production and distribution scheduling (IPDS) is investigated. An integrated scheduling of both processes improves the performance and costs because the separated sc...

An integrated approach for scheduling flexible job-shop using teaching–learning-based optimization method

In this paper, teaching–learning-based optimization (TLBO) is proposed to solve flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP) based on the integrated approach with an objective to minimize makespan. An FJSP is an extension of basic job-shop scheduling problem. There are two sub problems in FJSP. They are routing problem and sequencing problem. If both the sub problems are solved simultaneously, t...

Agent-based approach for cooperative scheduling

This paper studies the multi-factory production (MFP) network scheduling problem where a number of different individual factories join together to form a MFP network, in which these factories can operate more economically than operating individually. However, in such network which known as virtual production network with self-interested factories with transportation times, each individual facto...
